Today, November 19, 2025, the Fantic Motor plant hosted a special event dedicated to CEOs and managers from companies affiliated with CFMT, the training institute for the service sector. The goal was to open new professional horizons by taking inspiration from Fantic’s history and strategies for navigating challenges with vision and clear guidelines.

The day opened with an introduction to the project by Nicola Spagnuolo, CFMT Director, and Gianluca Spadoni, entrepreneur, lecturer, and speaker, who emphasized how Fantic’s history can serve as a concrete example of resilience and strategy.

The first highlight was an interview conducted by Gianluca Spadoni with Mariano Roman, Racing Director and partner of Fantic Motor, who recounted the company’s journey: from its founding in 1975, through crises and difficulties, to its rebirth in 2012 with a restructuring and relaunch plan. Mariano Roman revisited the key steps of the restart, the company’s growth up to 2024, major innovations, the expansion of the product range, and the strategic acquisitions that strengthened Fantic’s position in the market.

After the interview, participants toured the production plant and the company museum, guided by Nicola Baggio, General Manager of the Bike Business Unit, who highlighted how the company’s history is closely intertwined with product innovation.

In the afternoon, Gianluca Spadoni interviewed Costantino Sambuy, the new CEO of the Fantic Motor Group (since May 2025), who shared the company’s future vision, the new industrial plan, the management of the CNC, and the relaunch strategies. The meeting concluded with questions from the audience and a final summary by Gianluca Spadoni and Nicola Spagnuolo.

The event provided a valuable opportunity for CEOs and managers in the service sector, illustrating how Fantic Motor faces challenges with clarity, strategic vision, and innovation—offering practical insights to apply within their own organizations.
