Following its great success in the Motocross World Championship, Fantic responds to high demand by producing a limited number of XXF 450 and XXF 250 bikes in the exclusive “NILS Edition” livery.
Debuted at the MXGP round in Arco di Trento to celebrate the home race for Fantic and its official partner NILS – Experts in lubricants, the special “Racing Fluid NILS Edition” look made a strong impression. Fantic Factory Racing MXGP rider Glenn Coldenhoff rode his factory XXF 450 to the podium in the premier class. Fantic is currently enjoying a magical moment in the Motocross World Championship, having already claimed five podiums and a historic first MXGP race win – thanks to Coldenhoff – at the British GP in Matterley Basin.
This special edition livery is inspired by the colours of NILS, a renowned lubricant manufacturer from South Tyrol, known for over 50 years for its expertise, reliability, and high performance. As an independent company with a global vision, NILS has brought its experience to the world of motorcycling through its passion for racing. In 2025, NILS became the official partner of Fantic Motor in major international championships such as MXGP, EnduroGP, Moto2, and Dakar.
The dynamic design evokes the movement of oil and the racing fluid that runs through the veins of motorcycle enthusiasts – a visual tribute to the new synergy and shared passion between Fantic and NILS. It is a graphic that catches the eye and tells a story of performance, development, and determination, perfectly aligned with the spirit of the Fantic Factory Racing MXGP team.
One of the highlights of the new limited “NILS Edition” is the Fantic XXF250 MY25, equipped with a new-generation engine featuring a reversed cylinder head, front intake, and rear exhaust for optimal mass centralization. The result is an extremely agile, nimble, and high-performing bike, delivering strong torque and great high-end power. Traction Control, Launch Control, and a new multi-switch on the handlebar complete this advanced technology package, while the redesigned aluminium frame ensures lightness and responsiveness.
Also sharing the spotlight is the XXF450 MY25, the bold big sister that combines power and aggressiveness with versatility and control. The high torque is precisely manageable thanks to a new handlebar switch, allowing the rider to choose between three customizable maps – Standard, Hard, and Soft – tailored to suit different riding needs. Ergonomic bodywork promotes freedom of movement and immediate feedback, offering full control in any riding situation.
In addition to the special graphics, the bike will come with a kit that includes: a bottle of racing oil – 4T Race 10w40 Engine Oil, a chain spray – Off-road Chain Lubricant, an air filter spray – Air Filter Spray, a NILS-branded cap, a spare air filter and oil filter, and a set of front and rear replacement brake pads.
