In 2023, Fantic debuts in the MotoGP World Championship in the Moto2 class.
The Fantic Racing Moto2 team's riders are Celestino Vietti and Borja Gomez. They are both young but with different racing careers.
Celestino has been part of the VR46 Riders Academy since 2015. After impressing in 2018, taking points in his debut race in the Moto3 GP of Japan and with an incredible first podium in the next one, he got the Rookie of the Year title in the lightweight category in 2019.
He debuted in the Moto2 class in 2021, always with VR46 Academy.
After a bitter second half of the 2022 season, 2023 brings a sense of renewed hope with the Fantic Racing team.
Borja is a rookie, and he is eager to show his quality. He began competing at a national level in 2014, and he won the Spanish Superbike Championship in the Supersport category in 2021.
He had two appearances in the Moto3 class in 2022, at the Malaysia GP and then again at the season finale in Valencia. Now, the big opportunity to partner with Celestino Vietti in the Fantic Racing team and to ride full time in the intermediate class.
