At the heart of the Stealth 500 beats the new MM460, the same engine used on the Caballero but optimized for a sportier and more road-focused riding experience.
It is a Euro 5+ 4-stroke single-cylinder 463 cc engine, liquid-cooled, DOHC with 4 valves, equipped with electronic fuel injection and a 46 mm Ride-by-Wire throttle body. The response is immediate, linear, and always under control. The 6-speed gearbox works in harmony with the slipper clutch, ensuring smooth downshifts even when riding becomes more aggressive.
The Stealth 500 also offers four Riding Modes:
Street – the perfect balance for everyday use
Rain – maximum safety on wet surfaces
Track – the most direct, free, and sporty mode
Custom – fully customizable by the rider
Each mode automatically adjusts Traction Control, Cornering ABS, and engine mapping to deliver optimal performance in any condition.
The full exhaust system is made of brushed stainless steel and features a high-mounted silencer, a detail that clearly reflects racing inspiration and style.
The Stealth 500 is equipped with a modern and technologically advanced 5-inch TFT display, offering a clear and intuitive interface for the rider. The 5” TFT screen also integrates Bluetooth connectivity, enabling the management of notifications, calls, and navigation functions directly from the dashboard.
Three key concepts shaped the design of the Stealth: lightness (with a strong focus on the frame, swingarm, and wheels), rigidity, and mass centralization.
For uncompromising performance. For the first time in the category, a mixed frame is introduced — a true revolution in the segment. It combines a steel trellis structure with a forged aluminum plate, offering both stability and lightness. The perfectly coordinated interaction between frame and swingarm ensures optimal torsional rigidity for precise and comfortable riding, effectively absorbing bumps on uneven roads while delivering great agility and accuracy on mixed and fast sections.
The swingarm, made entirely of aluminum, features a lower reinforcing truss that maximizes structural rigidity without increasing the vehicle’s overall weight. This advanced design ensures greater precision in transferring forces between the rear wheel and the frame, improving traction and stability during acceleration.
The front suspension features a 41 mm upside-down (USD) fork, combining robustness, precision, and versatility. The fork bottoms have a sporty look inspired by racing machines and ensure a very lightweight front end. The rear suspension, adjustable in spring preload, provides comfort and customization, allowing the rider to adapt spring stiffness to their own weight.
A motorcycle engineered with lightness in mind from every component, from the frame down to the smallest bolt. The enlarged 320 mm ByBre front disc with radial caliper and the 230 mm rear disc deliver extremely powerful yet easily modulable braking. Cornering ABS comes standard, with a dual independent channel and rear deactivation option. This ensures maximum safety even when leaning, reducing the risk of losing grip and shortening braking distances in corners.
Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres, 150 mm at the rear and 110 mm at the front, deliver outstanding performance thanks to exceptional grip and optimal adhesion on both dry and wet surfaces.
